 Joe Davies have been appointed as the official and only UK distributor of the snoozies!® range of foot coverings. snoozies!® are a gift phenomenon sweeping across the US, Canada and Australia; a cross between slippers and socks they have become affectionately known as cozy little foot coverings.
Each pair is machine washable, can be tumble dried, won’t shrink and come in an exciting range of 12 assorted designs across four sizes. They are completely unique in construction, patent protected and feature a double Sherpa fleece lining with non-slip soles.

The snoozies!® collection, consisting of both adult and baby sizes will be distributed throughout the UK exclusively by Joe Davies, with all the items available through Joe Davies trademark “Little & Often” ordering system.
Initial results have been more than encouraging. We were shocked, delighted and most of all very proud to win the Gold Award for Best Service to the Independent Retailer 2012 at this year's Greats Awards.
Whilst we have won an award for the previous nine years, it's never something we take for granted. With such strong competition and so many great companies nominated, to have been voted by our customers for the top award was a real honour!

Spring Summer Range
All our Spring & Summer ranges (over 2000 of them) were launched with great success at the NEC Spring Fair. Thank you to all the customers that visited; our stand was certainly very busy and it was great to see so many familiar faces, along with plenty of new ones too! Feedback was excellent, especially on the new style of stand and our new location in Hall 5.
The 2000+ new lines all join our collection of over 7500 great gift ideas, all available using our trademark 'Little & Often' order system, with our carriage paid minimum order still just £100!

Congratulations go out to Southbourne Cards, Robson’s in Cumbria and Perspective of Woodstock; all of whom came up as winners in our summer draw.
Southbourne Cards won a credit on their account of £250.00, with Robson’s and Perspective both bagging a handy £100.00 each.

Our Autumn Fair Debut!
Joe Davies is exhibiting for the first time ever at the NEC Autumn Fair, 4th to 7th September 2011. Autumn Fair will give customers nationwide an opportunity to see over 2000 brand new lines on our Hall 5 stand (C10/D11), and with over 6000 lines on display to choose from we are hoping to make a big splash.
Our customers have been asking us to exhibit at the fair for a long time. Previously this has always been logistically difficult, but as our infrastructure has developed it has now made the exhibition a reality for us. We are all really excited and we are looking forward to showing all our customers what’s new for the Autumn/Winter season.
As always we will be offering free carriage and a minimum order value of just £100. Everything is available via the Joe Davies trademark “little and often” ordering system too!

MegaHike Challenge |

A huge thanks for all the support from customers and friends who sponsored our "All in the Name of a Pot Dog" hiking team. Here is a picture of the brave and intrepid Joe Davies souls at the end of this year's Megahike Challenge.
The team completed the grueling 50 mile hike (the official distance was actually 51.5 miles!) in around 22 hours, coming in a very respectable 15th out of around 50 teams.
All in all around £4000 was raised for the charity Medequip 4 Kids.
The team were ably supported throughout by Julie and Phyllis in the sales office, and all agreed that without such fantastic support they would not have made it!

Four crazy kids from Joe Davies have entered into Megahike, which is 4 team members, a 50 mile hike - over the Pennines all non-stop in 24 hours!! The team are hoping to raise some much needed cash for the charity MedEquip4Kids. The walk takes place on 25th June 2011.

Our Initial reaction was real surprise & delight for our staff. Although we have been lucky enough to win a Greats Award for the last 7 years we are always so pleased to win & have no expectations before the event . This years' award is particularly sweet because of the excellent quality of the other nominees & because all our competitors have greatly increased their focus on customer service due to the economic conditions. The award underlines all the hard work of our team 365 days of the year & it`s gratifying to know we are still working hard for our customers.
